WHAT INFORMATION YOU GET FROM OUR INSPECTION REPORT

Each inspection we perform for you aim to thorougly check the below 6 order checkpoints

1. Workmanship

Each inspected piece is visually checked to make sure there is no product tear, scratch, dirty stains, loose threads, glue marks, etc...

4. Product General Appearance

We check if the manufactured products correspond to your instructions in terms of branding, color, shape , labels,etc...

2. Functional & Safety Tests

We perform different tests to make sure your product works properly, that it is

5. Production Status

Check of the quantity of products ready & packed , not ready and ready but not packed at inspection date

3.Packing & Packaging

Check of the individual packaging and export packing compliance, carton size, shipping marks,packing method, barcodes, etc... 

6. Product Measurement

Check of the product length, width, thickness, diameter, weight, and all the necessary size elements

Quality Inspection Process : How it Works

From booking to report release, our process is very smooth, fast and simple

1. Online Booking

Fill out our online booking form. Enter supplier contact, order specifications, choose inspection date, define checkpoints

2. Supplier Appointment

After we receive your booking instructions, we contact your supplier, set the inspection date and pass all the inspection instructions to our inspector

3. Inspection Process

At the agreed date with your China supplier, we perform the inspection. Inspection starts in the morning, finishes late afternoon and then our inspector write the reports in the evening

4. Payment & Report

You perform the payment and we release the report. Inspector's report is reviewed one last time the morning after the inspection by our office coordination team and then available for customers around noon China time
